Spy Tickled and Gagged

This green haired spy has been captured and tied to a chair in the freezing cold, at a cabin in the middle of the woods. She is eventually brought inside and her heels are stripped before her big feet are tickled while she is gagged. As the tickling intensifies she is also toe tied and tickled with multiple tools, unable to move and having to endure the laughter. At the end, she is garotted to a pole, struggling as the life leaves her, with drool coming out of her mouth and feet squirming until she can't anymore
